Terms & Conditions

• 1. Whilst we strive to ensure our drivers/sub contract drivers are punctual, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
• 2. All drivers will act in accordance within licensing regulations and drive safe and at sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed restrictions.
• 3. Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to both interior and exterior of the vehicles they hire and will be invoiced accordingly for any repairs and/or valeting required to return the vehicle to the condition prior to hire. This may include subsequent loss of earnings should the vehicle need to be off the road for any duration.
• 4. We may provide an approved sub contracted partner occasionally as required whereby clients will be notified prior accordingly.
• 5. We reserve the right to change the booked vehicle at any time necessary due to unforseen circumstances.
• 6. We will travel via the most appropriate route on the day to minimise traffic disruption/delays to your chosen destination unless otherwise instructed by the client.
• 7. All our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, however, clients property is carried entirely at their own risk and we will not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to said property.
• 8. Any lost property found within the vehicles will be returned to the client at the earliest opportunity.
• 9. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger whom is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or an behaviour deemed to be a threat to the driver or any other carrying passenger.
• 10. We operate a strict non smoking policy in all of our vehicles.
• 11. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT charged at current UK rates.
• 12. Payment terms for account holders are 30 days from receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• 13. Payment terms for non account holders is to be made on or before the date of travel.
• 14. Wedding Hire reservations require a 25% deposit which is non refundable within 1 month of the booking, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to booking.
• 15. Any deviations to confirmed booking on the day will be charged at an additonal rate which is to be agreed with the client.
• 16. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the clients statutory rights.
